Cancellations and Refunds
More than three working days before your selected delivery date:
If you wish to cancel your order more than three working days before your chosen delivery date, a small processing fee of £2 will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction costs charged by payment providers.
Less than three working days before your selected delivery date:
Because all of our products are handmade to order, we begin preparing your items several days in advance—this includes baking, crafting decorations, and preparing fillings and toppings specific to your chosen flavour.
For this reason, cancellations or refunds within three working days of your delivery date are not possible, as work on your order will already have started (or may even be complete). This policy helps us reduce food waste and keep our production running efficiently for all customers.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday. Our kitchen is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Issues or Faults
We take great care in crafting every order, but if something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@delightsbybill.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


A clear photo showing the fault


Your order number


Our team will review your case and may request that the product be returned for inspection. Refunds or replacements are issued at the discretion of management after review.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Before dispatch, we will send you:


An order confirmation email containing your delivery address, and


A follow-up email to double-check your delivery details and chosen date.


If you notice an error before your order has been shipped, we’ll be happy to update the address for you. However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes and cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or delivered to an incorrect address.
As a goodwill gesture, we may offer to remake your order at no additional charge for the product itself, but you will need to cover shipping and packaging costs (£7).
